Carry on with your purchase as long as you’re happy to wait.. and wait.. and wait for any refund for returned items. I have bought and returned items twice since the beginning of the year and waited almost 4 weeks for money to be refunded. On both occasions money was not refunded until considerable contact with the company.

usually excellent although I've found the collars have become a little smaller and cheaper recently which negates the reason for choosing Lewins over high-street brands.

Ordered a Suit online. After 10 days the order had not been despatched. In my account the order had been cancelled. I was refunded for the Trousers but money was taken for the Jacket. The customer service was appalling. You could not contact any one by phone. The only option was to email. I got an automated response that did not address my issues. In the end I had to claim a refund direct from VISA via my bank. They then had the cheek to ask me to review my purchase!!!! I have order many times before but this experience has has put me off purchasing from this company again in the near future.
